Policies
Room Rates: Rates are seasonal and exclude 12% Mariposa County Transient Occupancy Tax + 1.5% Tourism Assessment Fee (Total Tax = 13.5%). Tax rate is subject to change without notice. Rates include continental breakfast and wireless internet access.
Double Occupancy: Room rates are for two guests per room (adults only). All occupants, regardless of age, count as one guest. No exceptions are made to the two guests per room policy.
Guest Self-Check-in: Guests may self-check in any time between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. You must obtain prior approval for an earlier or later check-in. Easy instructions written in English are available for self-checkin. You'll receive an email day of arrival with your door code.
Guaranteed Reservation: One of the following credit cards is required to guarantee a reservation: MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover. Payment is due in full 14 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are not accepted. There are no refunds for early departure.
Cancellation Policy: Once your credit card has been charged, cancellations (for any reason) made within 14* days prior to arrival date: Guest will be responsible for the entire length of the reservation unless the room(s) can be booked with new guests.

Inn Policies
- Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- Pets cannot be accommodated. Click here to view Yosemite Park's pet regulations.
- A microwave is shared by guests and is for convenience foods only. Cooking and in-room use of personal coffee/tea makers and other food heating devices is not allowed.
- No smoking is allowed inside the Inn.
