Reservation Policies

Double Occupancy

  • Room rates are for two guests per room. All occupants, regardless of age, count as one guest. No exceptions are made to the two guests per room policy. Guests who arrive with more than two occupants per room will be considered a less than 7* day cancellation. There is no rate reduction for single guests per room.

Guaranteed Reservation

  • An advance payment equal to one night’s stay is required to guarantee a room. Balance is due in full at check-in via cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Personal checks are not accepted. There are no refunds for early departure.

Cancellation/Change Policy

  • Cancellations or changes made 7* days prior to arrival date: The advance payment will be promptly refunded, or the change made, for a fee of $25 per room OR we will hold the payment at full value for a future visit within one year of cancelled arrival date. Current room rates apply.
  • Cancellations or changes made less than 7* days prior to arrival date: Guest will be charged for the entire length of the reservation unless the room(s) can be booked with new guests.

Check-in Procedure

  • Guest rooms are ready for check-in at 3 p.m. If you are in the area earlier, you are welcome to drop off your bags and pick up your keys for later return.
  • Guests receive a Reservation Confirmation by e-mail that includes a lock box code. The lock box provides access to your room keys in the event that you arrive late at night, or if the innkeepers are temporarily off-site. Wireless and cell signals cannot be guaranteed in the mountains, so the Confirmation e-mail may not be accessible from your wireless device once you are in the area. Guests should print the e-mail with the lock box instructions prior to arrival. The innkeepers do reside on-site, however the lock box provides easy access to your keys in the event that we are unable to personally greet you at the time you arrive.

Inn Policies

  • Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
  • Pets cannot be accommodated. We have no resident pets, but lots of wildlife!
  • A refrigerator and microware are shared by guests and are for convenience foods only. Cooking and in-room use of personal coffee/tea makers and other food heating devices is not allowed.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the Inn. Each guest room has an outside deck with an ashtray. Guests whose room smells of smoke will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.
  • Outdoor hot tub may not be available due to excessive snow.
