Reservation & Cancellation
Policies
Double Occupancy

Room rates are for two guests per room. All occupants, regardless of age, count
as one guest. There are no provisions for additional guests per room and
no rate reduction for single guests per room.
Reservation Policy

An advance payment equal to one night’s stay is required to reserve a
room. Balance is due in full at check-in via cash, Visa or MasterCard. We do
not accept personal checks. There are no refunds for early departure.
Cancellation Policy

Please understand that with only three guest rooms, no exceptions are made to
our cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 7* days prior to arrival date: Your payment will be
promptly refunded less a fee of $25 per room OR we will hold your payment at
full value for a future visit within one year of cancelled arrival date.
Current room rates apply.

Cancellations made less than 7* days prior to arrival date: You will be
charged for the entire length of your reservation unless your room(s) can be
booked with new guests.

Inn Policies

Pets cannot be accommodated.

Guests may check-in any time after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

The Inn is non-smoking. However, each guest room has an outside deck with an
ashtray. Guests who smoke inside the Inn will be charged a fee of $150.

Outdoor hot tub may not be available due to excessive snow.
